Nonsequitur: Obama and Nixon and Executive Privilege

President Obama has claimed executive privilege in response to Congressional investigations into the “Fast and Furious” scandal.    Judge Andrew P. Napolitano explains how the 1974 Supreme Court case, US v Nixon, defines the limits of executive privilege.

It is hard to see how a Justice Department (ATF) investigation into gun trafficking relates to national security or diplomatic issues at the presidential level.  Is Obama’s claim of Executive Privilege warranted?  What do you think?
