Nonsequitur: Unemployment Rate Down, Fewer Jobs Added

The good news:  Unemployment ticked down to 7.7% with 146,000 jobs added in November.  Also, Hurricane Sandy had (so far) minimal impact on the economy overall.  The bad news: Employers added 49,000 fewer jobs in September and October than originally reported. (Layoffs announced toward the end of November should also affect final numbers for that month.) More details here.
