Nonsequitur: How Much to Insure Those with Pre-Existing Conditions?

Under the Affordable Care Act, all major medical insurance plans, for companies and individuals, will include a $63 per head fee “…to cushion health insurance companies from the initial hard-to-predict costs of covering uninsured people with medical problems.”  In other words, medical insurance now costs an additional $63 per person covered just to help out the insurance companies.  More details here.
