Nonsequitur: State Department Reports “Systemic Failures” in Libya

The State Department’s  investigation into September’s attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, concluded that “systemic failures” left the facility inadequately protected, and confirmed that no protest preceded the deadly attack.
