Nonsequitur: Congress Exempt from Obamacare

The Affordable Care Act requires Members of Congress and their staffs to participate in its insurance exchanges. It’s specifically written into the law. But most congressional members and their staffs would get lower-quality, lower-choice coverage under the ACA, as well as pay more out of pocket.
