Nonsequitur: Obamacare Forces Colleges to Cut Student Health Plans

Typically colleges have offered enrolled students basic low-cost healthcare insurance. But these basic policies do not meet the standards of the ACA, which requires “full-service” coverage with much higher premiums. Many colleges, especially smaller ones, can no longer afford to offer health insurance to their students. Students will instead be directed to the exchanges and will be forced to buy more expensive individual coverage. More details here.
