Nonsequitur: Lois Lerner’s Hard Drive Was Recoverable and Other Revelations

Contrary to evidence given by IRS officials, technical experts within the agency report that her data was recoverable and that the IT experts had recommended ways to recover the data. But IRS management declined to do this. In other words, Lerner’s hard drive was purposely destroyed. Details here.

UPDATE: Surprise! The IRS found back-up tapes of the hard drive. However, they don’t know yet “whether there’s anything on them or not.”
