Nonsequitur: Another Government Agency Chief Caught Deleting E-mails

Marilyn Tavenner, the chief of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, told an agency spokesperson to delete e-mails regarding the launch of the HealthCare.gov web site. The targeted e-mail exchange is between CMS, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the White House. Details here.
