While the scholarly Victor Hanson Davis laments the failure of higher education to achieve meaningful learning in its students, the less-scholarly, but equally critical, Nick Guillespie blames educators for acting “…as if they are raising human veal that cannot even stand on their own legs or face the sunlight without having their eyeballs burned out and their hearts broken by a single deep breath or uncomfortable moment.” (I don’t think I’ll be able to visit another campus “safe space” or attend another “microgression awareness training” without hearing the soft bleating from fuzz covered faces.)
