Nonsequitur: Testing Long-Range Ballistic Missiles Is OK Says Iran and Obama Administration

Our “partner” in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (the Iran Nuclear Deal) just tested a new long-range ballistic missile over the weekend. Since long-range ballistics were not included in the deal, Iran feels free to ignore other agreements, such as UN resolutions like this one, that do prohibit them. Read more here.
Long-range ballistic missiles, otherwise known as Inter-Continental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM’s), are primarily designed to delivery nuclear warheads. I wonder why Iran would test one if they aren’t planning on developing nuclear weapons.
