Nonsequitur: Bill Repealing Obamacare Vetoed

Congress passed a bill repealing most of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act on Wednesday.  They used a budget mechanism known as “reconciliation” which is the same mechanism the Democrat-controlled Congress used to pass the ACA in 2010.  Today President Obama vetoed the bill.  But, as Speaker Ryan pointed out, our next president may be more willing to repeal and replace.
