Nonsequitur: How Charitable Is The Clinton Foundation?

According to the IRS, the Clinton Foundation spent less than 6% of its budget on charities in 2014.  The foundation raised nearly $178 million that year but only gave away $5.2 million.  The foundation spent more on travel than it spent on charities. The foundation spent more on depreciation than it did on charities.  Currently, the foundation has $354 million in assets.  More details (and the IRS documentation) are available here.
